Customer Service Assistant

Description 
Job Responsibilities 
• Process road (trucks, tanks/containers and flexibags) loading and unloading orders timely 
• Update Customer service coordinators and executives on abnormalities in road orders (i.e. late arrival, incomplete information and etc) 
• Possess knowledge in trucking logistics, manage filing of trucks and vessels documentations
• To answer calls and take down messages for the Customer service coordinators and executives

Requirements 
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Business management / Logistics / Supply chain 
• Able to speak English fluently and speak one Mother tongue 
• 5- day work week with the need to do perform overtime on Saturday when required (2 days a year due to business requirements) 
• Meticulous person and committed to work 
• 1 year contract role (subject for yearly renewal based on performance)
