HR cum Office Administrator

HR Administration
- Maintaining current staff lists
- Assisting with recruitment when required
- Maintaining and managing all personnel records, working with different government departments, MOM, CPF, IRAS
- Maintaining and monitoring the staff leave applications, attendance and medical claims
- Creating regular HR-related reports when requested;
- Assisting on the preparation of office events (Preparing of banners, setting up equipment etc) 
- Advising on and maintaining the office infra-structure to ensure staff have adequate resources and can work in a pleasant and professional office environment;
- Managing security and access systems;
- Liaising with the IT vendors for any IT-related issue (e.g. common printers, scanners, photocopiers, computers network, credit card machine)
- Liaise with external vendors for any office related issues (pantry supplies, phone vendor)
- Creating purchase orders and manage invoices related to the management of the office
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
